"Lived here for 3 months and absolutely love it. Love the events, residents, and staff. From day one, it's been evident that fostering a sense of community is a top priority here. Through events I have been able to connect with residents which has made Levante feel like home. Jennifer and Lidia are absolutely amazing! From day one, the managers have been attentive, responsive, and truly caring about the well-being of the residents. They go above and beyond to create a sense of community and make sure that everyone feels comfortable and happy in their homes. Any concerns or issues are addressed promptly, demonstrating their commitment to resident satisfaction."

"Stay away!! This apartment will not provide any value. The apartment environment: The air quality is so bad here; there is a farm up the street, and you will almost always be greeted with the smell of cow manure. There is also a big construction project that is probably going to be going on for a while, so there is always all kinds of dust smacking you in the face and layering your cars with dirt, along with street block-offs and 18-wheelers constantly driving in and out. Also, high vehicle break-ins and vehicle thefts happen here at Levante. Neighbors have gotten their cars stolen right out of their garages and parking stalls with the apartments not willing to help with camera footage, a feeling of unease considering they advertise security and surveillance for this property. But that’s not it; for the walkways, the way this property was designed is that the exhaust fumes from people’s units blow right to your face when walking on the pathway; if you walk your dogs or with your kids, be sure to have them not breathe, it’s smells of fumes. In addition, the apartment complex has been much dirtier since the previous staff left, not as well up-kept as previously; trash, huge dog waste, and the smell of urinary infections throughout, gates feel as if they are almost always broken, and there have been so many instances where there are homeless people and street vendors roaming the property, creating disturbances throughout the community. I’m not saying whether the apartment has full control of these situations, but this is what is like here at Levante. Maintenance: Ever since the previous maintenance staff had both quit, they replaced with new staff that are intrusive and lacking professionalism, they are so quick to unlock the doors to your home with the master key, even if you go inside and tell them you are coming, they’re banging on your door for 3 seconds, by the 4th, they are barging in your home. The maintenance supervisor follows you around the entire complex, making the environment uncomfortable; after speaking with management about the issue, she let me know that it’s his job, but I think there are ways to go about your job to make people feel comfortable at their place of living, maybe provide additional training for these newly added scopes of work because never has it or should it feel the way it does. Management: Jennifer is the Property Manager here but has really childish and petty tendencies when situations are to be addressed, I don’t understand how she even got in her position because her relations with tenants and previous employees have encouraged people to leave, unsure of why this apartment has the highest turnover that I have ever witnessed throughout my years of renting, rather than being direct, she gets off on going behind tenant’s back to have their vehicles towed, I asked about my missing vehicle, and she acted so lost as if she didn’t just have it towed. (coincidentally, one week after making a complaint about the maintenance supervisor) She said she impounded my car for not having a handicap placard but wasn’t even able to distinguish if it actually had a placard or not, and still, at her discretion, she decided to have it towed. She claims that she had no idea that it was my car, but one thing about Levante is that they are always watching your every move, also she claims she’s constantly watching the cameras, so it would make sense that she would check the cameras to see who’s vehicle that was to ask them to move it or if they have a handicap placard but instead of trying to make the situation less chaotic, she’d instead cause havoc and discontent amongst tenants. She provides a phony personality in nearly all interactions, but that’s just the personality of the person managing this apartment complex. But on the other hand, Lidia is the greatest assistant ever; I hope she finds a job that will cherish her and give her the higher position she deserves; she has so much ambition, morals, and integrity. She’s a much more straightforward person and easier to deal with."

"Lived here for two years, these are newer apartments and for the most the common areas are kept clean. The management is garbage though, Jenifer who is the manager, I think, I only know her by emails, is a horrible administrator. She'll ask you for documentation that is "missing" even though you've sent it to her weeks prior, this happened multiple times. Then, she won't even acknowledge the fact that she missed something and say that she "took care of it for you." My washing machine broke twice, it was out for weeks before they could get anyone out to repair it. The front gate is consistently broken, and cars are often speeding through the parking lot, it just not safe. If you have kids be ready to keep them away from certain areas because depending on were you are at, it'll stink of pot. Rent goes up every year, but to be fair, thats everywhere. Now, there's construction at the front and getting in and out of the building is a pain. Overall, the building is clean and well kept, but management is over worked or not qualified because it plainly seems like they dont care when problems arise and you have to follow up multiple times before anything happens."

"Year 2 of living here and it’s been great! It’s a safe small complex, family friendly, and we haven’t had any issues. The girls in the office are on top of it and so sweet. Our maintenance crew gets things done quick, Asha is the best and is always friendly and respectful. Love the little events that go on through the month, a lot of effort is put in to the community and you won’t regret living here!"

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoy living at Levante! Our community is clean and beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic! We love how warm and inviting our community has been to us, and our neighbors have been a delight. Levante's prime location allows us to meet all of our shopping needs, and we have accessibility to several major freeways, which allows us to easily commute to and from work and/or personal events. The staff is so kind and professional, and they do a great job of being responsive to our needs, being willing to be help, and being open and available to answer our questions."
