"Apartment management pressure tenants to uphold renters contract within 24 hours when it comes to parking, patio, and garage cleanliness BUT take months to complete work order request. It's a safe place to live and everyone minds to themselves, but management needs to service their tenants - We want clean dumpsters, no smoking or drinking in garage, clean pools, gate and laundry to be closed at night, only tenants using our pool, and management to answer phone calls during business hours."

"If I could give zero or negative stars I would! Do not move in here! After 4 years living here management has not only taken our deposit but is trying to collect more money to replace flooring that was in perfect condition. They are true slumlords. Paint was peeling off our walls the week we moved in and it was clear there were multiple layers of paint from years of painting over dirty walls and old paint. Our bathtub was peeling because they painted over it with something cheap instead of replacing it, which is a health hazard and they showed no care or rush to fix it. We've had other issues requiring maintenance and making appointments to be home with no one showing up all day. They increased our rent every year. Our last increase gave new windows to some tenants, but not to us. The list goes on and on but it is clear they show no care for their tenants and simply try to take as much money from them as they can. UPDATE.... We ended up in small claims court because the horrible management team tried to say we not only would not receive any of our deposit back, but rather owed them over $2000! They threatened to send us to collections if we did not pay. We were good tenants for 4.5 years and were shocked and appalled by this claim. In court they tried to say our dogs soaked all floors with urine and that it all had to be replaced. Our dogs had a doggy door that went to our patio which they used regularly! They were also not allowed in one bedroom, and the small portion of the other bedroom they were in had towels laid down protecting the carpet. It was the most ridiculous statement to claim we would live with urine soaked floors where we raised our son the first 2 years of his life! We are not dirty people. Luckily the judge recognized their outlandish claims and rewarded us our deposit back. The time, effort, and money spent to get that though was so unnecessary and this horrible institution tried to take advantage of good people, simply because we moved out of state and they assumed we wouldn't try to fight. It felt good to win, but it was still much too much time and stress spent on getting back what was rightfully ours! I'd look ANYWHERE ELSE before moving here!"

"Do not live here. The landlord is a major flake. I have been moved out for 6 weeks and still cannot get my deposit back. After waiting 30 days we called to check the status and were told "the paperwork wasn't processed, this was our mistake." Then the check was mailed to the incorrect address. Last week, on 5/7 that the check would be mailed back to Liz (the landlord) and she would have it Wed or Thursday. It is now a week beyond that time frame. She will not return our phone calls and is never in the office to answer the phone. This is ridiculous. When I lived there, it was the same thing. We moved in and the apartment wasnt ready, the paint wasnt finished and Liz kept telling us "painters are coming." Two months later someone came and did a horrible job and left many areas unfinished. Liz decided to have the maintenance teams come and finish and it was a poor job. Our bathtube/shower began to peel after 5 or 6 months, they had a "company" come in and re do it, only to have it peel again a few months later. Nothing is ever one time and she is impossible to get a hold of. Avoid at all costs."
