"Great apartments with a great community and management! Issues are resolved timely. Living here forever. As an idea the empty lot at the corner of the street can be bought and turned into additional parking it’s not being used and has been empty for years."

"I've been living here for about about fives years now and it has been amazing. The property manager Juan and his team are all great at their jobs. Juan communicates very well and is very courteous when speaking to me about any issues. When ever we encounter anything that needs fixing, we just submit an online work order and the issue is resolved quickly usually within a day. Having security here is definitely a place. The neighbors are private and are very friendly! The only issue I've encountered is guest parking but other than that I would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Great atmosphere and great staff!"

"I've been a tenant here for seven years, and I have to say the complex is the best it's ever been. Excellent landscaping upkeep, quiet but friendly neighbors, and the best managment it has ever had. Location is great for commuting, as it's very close to the 5 and 22 freeways. Maintenance requests are fulfilled day of or next day. The only downside is guest parking, which I don't really know how it could be improved upon. Other than that, an addition of a BBQ area would be nice. I don't plan on moving anytime in the near future."

"My family and I have been living here over 3 years and enjoy the service so far from our maneger and they get things done in a timely manner, we are very happy living here and knowing we have peace of mind with the security that patrols aswell. We look forward when it gets maintenance to keep up the apartments appearance. One thing would be nice to have a couple of grills in the pool area."
