"Lived there July 2021-May 2022. Horrible 9 months of living here. Constant plumbing issues-we even had a leak from our central air vent! If you live below someone, you will hear everything. On a quiet night, you could even hear them peeing in the toilet. The gangs of feral cats poop everywhere, people pile trash outside their doors, and the homeless dumpster dive frequently. Being next to the canal/river trail, people ride their motorbikes up and down the canal constantly, and kids are out there doing fireworks or tagging the wide open walls. Also, if you have more than one car, you're screwed-there is very, very limited extra parking. Several times I had to park a half mile away, outside of the complex in the neighboring residential area. When we lived there, there was no sort of security, so there was always riff-raff and questionable people coming into the complex from the canal. Always felt unsafe living there. Oh and they did not give us any of our deposit back, and it honestly just wasn't worth fighting-just to be out of there safely was enough. Renter beware!!"
