"This is a lower income affordable housing complex and the manger actually wears designer clothing to a budget complex!!! Anyone taking the hint ? She thinks she’s got a better pot to piss in!!! She is rude and very judgmental and overall not a very nice person!!! She lies to your face and she will judge you and if you are friends with anyone here at this complex and she doesn’t like the person you know, don’t let her know you know them because it will be an automatic decline on your rental application!!! I’m a very good tenant and the only reason I was going to move there is I have stage 3 cancer and my best friend lives there( she hates my best friend) and once I start to get really sick I was going to be needing a lot of help so I thought it would be best to move in and get the help I would be needing. She gave me the run around about available apartments, then she said her upper management would let her know, I always had to contact her, she would never go out of her way to contact me and she finally said it was because of my credit I was unable to rent a unit, mind you the office was going to get an additional $1500 just to rent to me to do with whatever she wanted to do with it and she still wouldn’t rent to me, I think that would be discrimination!!!! And I talked to several people that lived there and they said their credit was never checked to get in there!!!! My credit is perfect however I am a victim of true name identity theft and fraud and there are a few accounts reporting on my credit report but they are not mine and should not reflect on my credit worthiness and the credit that is mine has never been late, I have excellent rental history so it all goes back to she does not like my friend( he is a male African-American), so since I know him she won’t rent to me!!! And the other day, my battery died on my car so I stayed in my car and residents have been parking in the alley behind the complex for a long time but because I was “parked” there for awhile, she put up a sign that said no parking Tow Away Zone right near my car!!! Dumb broad, I couldn’t help it and besides all the other residents you allow to do it why can’t my friend who has lived there for over 2 years park there or his friends anymore but all the other residents can, again, discrimination one day someone is gonna let her have it for her holier than tho attitude and she won’t know what hit her, and it couldn’t happen to a more deserving person!!! Oh and the complex has a major roach problem!!!!"

"Update as of July 5,2023. There has been some staffing changes here and the very nice Jill who worked in the office is no longer here. It's been about 2 to 3 months I would say. The issues in the alley persist and the manager and maintenance workers not only fail to do anything about them , they basically encourage them by doing nothing . I hate to say this but I truly believe the reason for this is due to all of them being Hispanic. Obviously that should have nothing to do with how they do their job but it does . I see the owner has responded to a few reviews here but curiously not mine. So if they are reading here is what you should know . I don't know why Jill left but it's a major concern because she was good at her job and very friendly and professional. On the other hand, the manager today has an unprofessional tone and caters to the Hispanic maintenance workers, contractors and transients in the alley. Also I have reported the gate lock being off on the door to the alley at least 3 times and nothing has been done. The response I get is "someone is stealing it" or " we are looking for one". Those gates are supposed to be locked and stay locked. I believe the maintenance workers took them off and never put them back on. Regardless a new lock and chain is less than $20. Certainly that's better than a lawsuit for failing to maintain security on the property.r worse some drunk from the alley coming into the complex and accosting a single woman or her kids. I just never understand how people justify such obvious risk over $20. Mr owner , were you aware that I had 3 bikes stolen from right under my apartment, when there was no lock on the gate. At that time they put on a chain And lock and there were no further issues. Now with the gate wide open all day and night you're inviting the same issues. So please put all the locks and chains back on. Those gates were not meant to be open to the alley and I don't see any reason anyone would need to park in the alley. Plenty of parking in the lot and on the street. From before.... The rent here is very affordable and is usually very quiet. There is an alley behind the apartments that attracts vagrants and others who either recycle or look thru the dumpsters for items. Being very close to a liquor store it attracts it's share of drinking in the alley and until recently theft in the complex. I had 3 bikes stolen from the bike rack inside the community before a chain and lock was out on the gate. Even though I had reported the 2 bike thefts and people drinking in the alley the prior week."

"Utilities included which is came in handy during the summer. Not the most exciting area to walk but still relatively safe. Managers are quick to respond if there is an issue. Very quiet and peaceful at night."

"Had lived here for 3 years and although half of neighbors were bad ,smoked , had issues ! Micaela the manger was always alert of people coming in and and out ! She seemed to care about the apartments! They are not the best , alot of roches and handy man seems to fix everything with cheap stuff ! Give it a 4 star for manager caring and keeping outside clean and safe as possible!"
