"DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! The office management sucks, it’s true what the reviews say they’re rude and never there and they don’t help you as in they don’t accommodate you. RONA is rude and a racist I said what I said because that’s how she made me n my family feel when we were living there. Thank you very much. AND ANOTHER thing is yes there is roaches so if you don’t like that this isn’t the place for you and no matter what maintenance does they come back so keep that in mind they’re also outside roaming around on the sidewalk huge ones that go inside your apartment. I don’t know why this place has “good reviews” because it’s not what it seems to be. The maintenance is not what everyone says on here lol they don’t come when you put in the request so what’s the point of that, they’re nosy, cant communicate because of language barriers so there’s that, overall they do Mickey Mouse jobs HELLO! Oh let’s not get started with the parking situation it’s BAD, you only get one car port so if you have two cars forget about it there’s never parking like ever, my family has gotten there cars towed, 500$ down the drain because my brothers car who is on the lease got towed ?? Make it make sense.. if the parking in Santa Ana over all is BAD it’s worse here for real be woke. The neighbors are not friendly and nosy too idk I like nice neighbors if I’m going to be living in a community. Parking is a huge problem here and even if they try to fix it they never will because a lot of these apartments have people renting rooms and have multiple vehicles. If there is a review to believe please believe mine I’m only speaking facts here, when we moved here we were excited and didn’t care what the reviews said but now that we lived it, it’s amazing how true these reviews are. Everything is unorganized from the office to the apartment complex you will see yourself if you decide to live here. There is also homeless that come in and go thru the trash bins and sometimes even late at night that they surprise you when walking to your vehicle so be careful and aware. The pool and gym are always breaking down and the pool did get shut down by the city itself for a couple of months and it’s still dirty, ppl don’t follow the rules and let other parties from other places inside the pool area. The gym is not as functional as you would think because it always needs something done since something is always down. Don’t move here if you don’t like ppl not picking up after their dogs because guarantee you will step on dog poop! My brothers dog died because the dog park wasn’t clean as it looked so there’s that and I know there’s a lot of dog people on this app looking for this review. Also the apartment complex does have carpet in the rooms so keep in mind if you want the apartment complex to change it out because it got dirty you will need to wait 5 years for them to do that so you will be wasting your own money on a carpet cleaner in the mean time ! Like I said maintenance isn’t the best they do not fix it only for a short time because it ends up getting broken again. Also there is mold in the bathrooms and by the windows since the building is probably so old which the mold would get cleaned but then it’ll come right back. Also if you live in an apartment with high ceilings you will have leakage from the roof when it rains. I can go on n on about these apartments seriously, it was an experience overall to say the least and not a very good one. I’m happy I’m leaving honestly. But Overall these apartments aren’t what they make it seem “luxury” WHERE? Save your money and move somewhere else that’s not so expensive when you don’t get what you pay for. Thank you."

"ROACHES!!! Get ready for roaches to crawl on you in your bed, in your kitchen, in your bathroom and for the leasing office to say there's nothing they can do about it. Every single night when you walk to your car, there will be tons of roaches walking along the sidewalk. Front door and sliding doors are nearly useless in keeping out noise, bugs and weather, with large gaps that even weather stripping can hardly make an impact on. While the community and units appear nice, the way the place is absolutely overrun with roaches and the leasing office is completely unwilling to offer any solution is absurd. Additionally, parking is a nightmare. People with too many residents living in their unit will park in your marked spot. Multiple times I’ve arrived home just to see a repeat offender neighbor parked in my spot again. Forget having guests, the leasing office will only give one guest parking spot per apartment which would be understandable if there weren’t continually open spots available for use. Apartments are overcrowded with people. Dog park and sidewalks covered in dog poop. Very frustrating place to live."

"Been dealing with some noisy neighbors, seven to be exact in a one bedroom apartment. It's been 3 weeks of going to the office, calling and emailing and nothings been done! Been getting the run around."

"My experience has improved since I moved in, however, my move in experience and initial weeks here were very disappointing. Initially my unit was changed due to an availability issues prior to signing my lease, but a day before I was going to move in to my unit I was informed that it had been changed again, forcing me to cancel all the appointments and accounts I had set up for my unit I had been assigned and change them to the new unit while I was traveling from northern California to Santa Ana to move-in. This resulted in my roommate and I not having our gas or internet turned on for over a week after we moved in as a result of the rescheduling. The internet was not a rescheduling issue, but rather another point of disappointment. The initial technician from spectrum informed me that although my newly remodeled unit had the coax plates put back on the wall, but for some unknown reason whoever completed the remodel removed the cables connecting to the main line for my building. This meant that a technician from another company had to come and run the line so that I could have internet, which ended up taking over a week after we had loved in. Perhaps my biggest issue is that this whole fiasco regarding changed units was explained as a favor to me, due to the unavailability of the first and poor condition of the second unit I would have been moving in to. I was informed that the unit that was changed at the last minute had bad issues with cockroaches and that I would not have wanted the unit as it was, and that I would be much happier in the alternative (my current unit). Considering this rationale, I would have hoped that the unit I ultimately moved into would not also have similar issues, but much to my dismay I began finding cockroaches in our apartment almost immediately and I had to empty my kitchen that I had quite literally just finished unpacking and organizing. To Adagios credit they did provided me with pest control service promptly and at no charge, but that doesn't really mean much to me in this specific situation. *Edit: Added pictures from the cockroach experience, added a few more things I'd forgotten. In addition to the issues I had with the other utilities, I also had complications with So Cal Gas that are at this point unresolved. In addition to having to wait over a week for gas due to the unit changes, the technician from So Cal Gas informed me that they would turn on the gas to my appliances, but the furnace was found to be a fire hazard and unsafe to turn on due to the flame rolling out of the body of the furnace. I contacted the leasing office and brought in the hazardous condition notice provided to me by the So Cal Gas tech and said they would have maintenance come look at it. I showed them what the tech had told me was the problem and they said they would fix/replace it at some point since we wouldn't need heat in the summer, but didn't tell me when. Now we're approaching mid October and I've been living here for nearly 2 months without any further progress and there is still a "DANGER DO NOT USE" notice hanging on my inactive furnace. *Further Edit 10/9/2019: contacted office as prompted by the response to my post, while the phone was ringing I walked out to the kitchen and found another massive cockroach dead on my kitchen counter. Didn't really know what to say on the phone, Kelly (who I've been primarily dealing with over the past months) said we would need to have pest control service my unit (the exact thing that happened on September 4th) which is an underwhelming solution to say the least. Every time I think about this place, I like it less."
