"I have good memories with my little kids living in this old, aged, worn apartment complex. It was about 15 years ago, most of tenants were families with 2~3 kids. Small playground in the center was filled up with kids everyday afternoon, and we had fun at the swimming pool in next apartment in the summer time. There were some smoking(weed?) people down stairs, but not that bad. Parking space is a little small, so sometimes we had to park outside on the street, but that's acceptable. An easy access to Walmart, Target and Vons for daily necessities, also it's very close to 57, 91, 55 freeway, so we didn't have much problem to go anywhere. Near the Santa Ana river, you can ride a bicycle or just jog too. Almost every night, there was fireworks from the Disneyland, we could see it. Even though it's not nice, decent condition, but I think it's tolerable and it still remains as a good reminiscence. I miss old good days of those.."
