"They raised the rent 7 years in a row. Anywhere between fifty and a hundred dollars every time. I was in a small studio too. The maintenance crew is sloppy. When they do repairs they leave a mess behind and management expects the tenant to clean up after them. They add flowers and a yoga room that no one uses as an excuse to constantly raise the rent. They have old creepy guys that hang outside the management office that insult you and call you derogatory names and laugh at you. They did it to me when i moved in a total stranger. I said or did nothing to instigate this and management allows this to happen. I was almost finished a week early moving out and had lost my keys, which management found. Instead of paying me back for that week or returning the keys to me (i still had stuff in the refrigerator). They changed the locks and told me tuff luck. I paid for the space for another week that i was not allowed to use. Dishonest and shady business practices."
"I rent this place back in 2009 or 2010. Rent this place about 2 years. the most clean place + good experienced management. Pro. Ease payment system. Parking place numbered + 60% covered place. guest is not covered. Bug free place. best cold and hot water system apartment. many outdoor tree and flowers + good walking and running course. Pet friendly con. my guest park on guest lot and someone broke their car windows. apartment can not cover it. worst neighbors. Jumping, loud music, and flush toilet wild you are taking shower. Very expensive of renting. If you plan to rent this place good - expensive but recommend, Very clean place. + Please rent 2nd floor if you like to have peace and quite. But if you are a fighter go with 1st floor."
