"The Apartment place is very secure and maintained very well. The maintenance requests are usually fixed with in 24 hours. Mike was very helpful from the beginning and the Staff was very friendly and did a great job in having some events every month. I would definitely recommend this place."

"A well run and moderately stylish Santa Ana apartment complex. The staff is friendly and welcoming, security systems are effective and dogs are allowed. Rent is market competitive, which is to say high, compared to other markets. A pool, separate sun deck and dog run are among the on-site amenities."

"Maintenance team is awesome. Appears safe but have had car broken into, once a week I find a house less person digging in the trash(behind the "secure" gate)and 1 month ago my partner got in the elevator and 2 men in ski masks were getting on. There are at least 3 airbnbs on my floor, so it is loud and disruptive. The management acted like they were concerned but we still see random people coming in and out and we notified them around thanksgiving 2022. Just received a notice they want to raise our rent 20%-$400 more in one year. Last year it was 10%. This place was built in 2018 so the rent control laws in Santa Ana don't apply. The pool and gym are really nice, and I love that I can hop on the 22 and walk to mothers market. However, I would not suggest anyone I care about live here. If you have room to handle $300-$500 increases in rent then the amenities are worth it. We moved in in June of 2020 for reference"

"This is an overdue review - my boyfriend and I moved in to Prisma in March 2022. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your experience a positive one! Bryant, Natalia, and Mike are so great. Every maintenance request we’ve had has been addressed either same day or next day by Minor. We love our 1BR apartment and now also have a puppy. We are so, so happy here and have no complaints. There are little messes here and there from other residents - but the staff does their best to keep everything clean. It’s also super quiet at night. Highly recommend Prisma if you’re looking for more modern apartment living with decent amenities."
