"I was very thankful to have a studio here because the price was the cheapest in town. However, this apartment complex is hands down the WORST place I’ve ever lived and the worst managed complex I’ve been with. The manager Obalin is never in the office, never answers the phone and takes days to reply to emails if she replies at all. I moved out recently and the management is illegally withholding my deposit. Lived here for a year and a half and never paid my rent late. It’s now been 37 days since i moved out and I have not received my deposit back, which I was promised I would get back within no more then 21 days. Every time I've asked for her bosses number she won’t give it to me. Something is up here because this is absurd! Never had this issue with any other rental. I’ve contacted a small claims attorney and the police with no luck. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will regret it I guarantee it! The management is a complete joke! Obalin should not be running this property when she can’t even communicate with her tenants and give back the deposit ON TIME!"

"It's an okay place to stay. The major challenges will be that the Landlord is unreachable and frustratingly difficult to find, call, get a hold of or be in any form of communication with. She doesn't answer the phone, her office hours do not exist. I lived there three-ish years and I only have ever gotten a call back from her ONCE and have maybe seen her in person less than ten times. Other than that challenge, I will say its affordable and as long as you aren't there with a kid, or a large space consuming pet its an okay place to live. Roaches at times can be a problem, but for the price lets not expect perfect. If you are say a student wanting something affordable, private, and close to the school, I say go for it. Just be prepared for the difficulties."
"The manager provides terrible customer service. They never answer the phone and are obviously nto interested in making any money. Manager is very rude and does not care to bring any business to the company. Their corporate office should be ashamed. For suchnice apartments, the management makes them look terrible. I'll pass."
