"Worst place to live at, my best friend lives there, the manager had said no one can park at this parking space where he and his wife parked there at all time and that parking is left empty. They also have so many problems at the apartments that don't get fixed, starting with he kitchen and ending with the bathroom and sinks, some of the stuff are safety concerns but the manager don't care and blames it on the central office which we don't know if its true Its just a place where they keep increasing rent and if you are late one day they warn you about eviction right away, but when you ask to fix the stuff that you need for your daily life to be normal they will say we dont have money"
"My friend lives there, I had picked her up from home and we went to lunch once I dropped her off at home as I was leaving the manager and a woman stopped me asking me if I live there I said no I don’t but my friend does and he asked me if I will be returning again I said yeeess I was so confused why he was asking me these questions so he asked me to give him my registration card and insurance card so he can make a copy of it and give him the information of my friend and her unit number. I don’t respect this man a bit. I didn’t give him my private information and never will. What is he gonna do to me? Call the police on me for not giving someone who is a stranger to me my vehicle information? No thanks I’m not comfortable with that."
"I don't understand the negative reviews. The manager is amazing. He always is there when I need something, asks me if we are ok. Checks up on us. Keeps everything clean. Friendly neighbors! And parking is not a problem. All of my appliances are up to date. I love it here."
"Parking is not the best but it is a very clean, safe, Zander quiet place with lots of friendly Assyrian neighbors. The manager has been kind and helpful as well and Joe's always there to help. He even changed my tire once! It's a good place to call home"
