Park Place Apartments

"I've been living here for a while now and all I could say is that there is really no parking whatsoever. They always talk about delinquent vehicles in emails and property management never does anything about it and when they end up towing vehicles they tow the wrong vehicle that isn't delinquent that hasn't been sitting there to accumulate dust in the last 4 to 6 months Plus I got much more to say not on here. One review at a time I would have recommend living here. If you have multiple vehicles. They tend to accommodate to people that have delinquent vehicles that aren't really do anything with it which is very weird because you would want delinquent vehicles out of parking spots that are available for people"

"Safe environment for apartments. It’s much quieter than you’d expect even though it’s located next to busy streets. Parking and traffic congestion can be a little challenging at times but if you have an assigned parking spot and know the campus schedule, it’s manageable. Maintenance staff is great, they respond within 24 hours easily."

"In my opinion I love Parkplace Apartments. The location is ideal with Stan State right across the street making it convenient for students or anyone wanting to be close to the university.The highlight of the apartments for me where definitely the pool area. The pools here are incredible offering a refreshing and relaxing environment. Whether you want to take a dip, soak up the sun, or simply unwind by the poolside, it's the perfect spot. The pools are for the most part well maintained and the ambiance is serene making it a wonderful place to spend some quality time. A lot of the reviews that I seen aren't a depiction of how the apartments really are considering that they are mostly over seven years old and I think most apartments have been remodeled.Overall, Parkplace Apartments exceeded my expectations with its prime location and amazing pool amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable apartment."

"Newly renovated apartments. Front office staff are organized and responsive to any complaints or maintenance notifications. Landscaping is done on time. Parking lots are always clean and safe. They will have security at your place in less than 10 minutes if anything goes wrong. Quiet hours are respected between tenants."

"We have enjoyed living at Park Place. Many of the apartments are updated and have a very clean, minimalist, modern feel to them. The patio area in the downstairs units are spacious. I appreciate having had the option to have a stackable washer and dryer in our unit as well! Neighbors seem friendly and the grounds are kept nice. Parking can be difficult but that’s to be expected with the college across the street, you do get one covered parking spot but it would be cool if you could pay for a second. There are a lot of vagrant people who dig through the dumpsters at all hours but they did have a security guard start patrolling at night which has been nice! We have appreciated our time here!"
