"We moved to Hanover Walnut Creek three months ago and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly responsive, friendly. Chelsie does a great job organizing regular events and activities for residents, we’ve been to the Halloween Bash and Cupcake Party andreally enjoyed both events. We toured the propety with Brittani and she was very helpful every step of the way till our moving day, wich we really appreciated. I also have to meantion Luis, Careena, Chelis and all the staff that go above and beyond to quickly address any concerns or questions. The cleanliness of the building and its surroundings is another big plus. The maintenance team does an excellent job of keeping the common areas and amenities in pristine condition. Whether it's the lobby, the gym, or the outdoor spaces, everything is consistently well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is awesome - walking distance to Starbucks,pharmacy, restaurants, and the Bart station. Honestly, I couldn't be happier living here, and I’d recommend it to anyone. So, definitely give it a thought!"

"This is the best place I’ve ever lived in! It is close to BART and the amenities are very nice. The common areas are nice and everything is just brand new. The people in the leasing office are simply amazing, especially Chelis. I remember doing a virtual tour with him; he was so knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know. When I moved in, he was so welcoming and friendly. He also helped a lot whenever there was something wrong in my unit. But it’s not just him; the whole team is genuinely kind. They’re always there with a smile, ready to help out whenever needed."
