"Very disappointed. We Had a tour appointment on 3/9 at 12pm. We arrived to our appointment only to be told that they didn’t have anything available and that they sent us an email. The email was sent At 11:57am where it stated that they no longer had any vacancies. Management should have notified us days in advance that they no longer had vacancies instead of notifying us 3 minutes before our appointment. So unprofessional."

"I went to The Bridge property today to get a tour and worked with Cher. She was absolutely a dream leasing agent; she was so transparent and upfront about everything and was so kind. She showed me all the amenities despite not having an apartment available for touring and made sure I got a good look at the property. The main reason I told my husband we need to apply here is because the support and quick responses you get from the team is amazing, they really care about your experience at their property and helped me with my application process. I definitely recommend checking their property out; everything is super updated and wonderful."

"We have lived at The Bridge for 8.5 years and this place has been great for us. You can’t beat location with Iron Horse trail right here, quick freeway access and short walk downtown. The gym, pool and BBQ areas are nice and surprisingly not crowded. I especially appreciate the staff here at The Bridge. Manager Rett and team have been fantastic. They are super responsive and a total pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a Walnut Creek apartment, The Bridge is a solid choice and good value."
