"Renters beware. The only way that they must be receiving 5 stars is due to the employees writing the reviews themselves. I should have taken heed to the reviews from the different leasing companies prior to my move-in. The month-to-month lease option after 6 months is the only advantage in staying in this hotel-styled complex with different leasing terms, which seems to be based on the ethnic background of the lessee. For some pets are not allowed, for some smoking on the property is allowed, and for some a key fob to the fitness center was offered. The "black tax" was also imposed on me after accepting an original deposit. I guess that is a reflection of the city. Thin walls, an unsanitary laundry facility, and the inconsistent operable gate are more reasons to not put your trust in a management company (M&L Properties) that rips you off by not even attempting to shampoo carpet between tenants, rather replacing the carpet. My children never swam in the filthy pool that I witnessed other children enter with a diaper. The noise level prevented me from having a quiet study area many times. It is highly recommended that you search for an apartment across the street or next door."
"This is a great place. Most apartments have great views of diablo and the high school. They have (unconfirmed) the largest pool in this entire area. Its a great location so be sure to check it out."
"Amazing apartments and extremely affordable for the area! I’ve lived in 4-5 different apartments and this one by far has the best staff. Some of the nicest people that truly take care of you and your family. I would recommend living here to anyone that wants a budget friendly apartment in the Walnut Creek area."
