"I only lived here for a short year but very much enjoyed my stay. I was in a rush to both move in and out of the apartment due to work, and Dona, the property manager went above and beyond to help me out. The property itself was very with clean and quiet. The surrounding area was also very safe and has a lot to nice restaurants and bars within a mile walking distance, as well as having a BART station less than a half mile walk away which was very convenient. Would highly recommend."

"This is the perfect place to live in Walnut Creek! Not only is the location ideal - you have multiple outlets, grocery stores, plazas and utility store near by- but the people that live here are amazing! The atmosphere is calm, inviting, and secure! The perfect place for singles, couples, and families! I’ve had the best manager I could hope for here - She’s amazing and extremely helpful, friendly, and a genuine soul!"

"I have to give this property a 5/5 for outstanding service, beautiful place and really friendly staff! The property manager is beyond amazing. We were coming from out of state, so integrating in a new city/state was a challenge. But she made is so seamless and made us feel super welcomed. She is incredible, has great attention to detail and is really attentive to the up keeping of the property. It’s truly really beautiful here and it’s always so clean. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone who wants to live in Walnut Creek. We love it here!!!"

"I have lived here for 1 year 2 months. My first contact with Dona, the current manager, was professional and efficient. She was prompt for the appointment and was clear and concise with the apartment community and amenities. This is an older building and is exactly what one would expect in apartment living. you hear your neighbors sometimes and they also hear you. I have never been uncomfortable with the noise from the pool or common areas and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. I have has 3 separate maintenance issues. The refrigerator became very noisy, the kitchen light blinked and the toilet leaked. The refrigerator was replaced in 2 days, the light was fixed the same day and the toilet leak was fixed within 1 hour of the time I notified Dona and the apartment maintenance section of the Monarch Apartments app. Overall, this is a great complex, with neighbors you are glad to know."
