"Lived at Avalon Walnut Ridge II for over 2 years. Community leasing office team was kind and helpful and maintenance staff was prompt. Mary and Rowena were very helpful during the move out process. Amenity and common areas were always well maintained and clean. Proximity to Iron Horse Trail, BART, main freeways and local food/drink options can’t be beat. Only moving for a bit more space and backyard."

The leasing staff as well are helpful and don’t just go through the motions whenever I have a question or concern - they truly care and the individualized service I’ve received is exceptional. Here I’d single out in particular Rowena and Mary for being responsive, friendly and caring. Finally, the expanded workout facility is a nice bonus. Walnut Ridge is a great place to live."

"Avalon Walnut ridge 2 was my first apartment I moved and lived by myself and after my first tour of the place, I decided I was moving there without looking at any other place. After moving, I wasn't disappointed at all. The maintenance crew are very polite, professional and are very prompt in their responses when maintenance is needed. The community is clean and well taken care of. Rowena and the rest of the office staffs were always pleasant and she actually helped in getting me settled. The location was perfect for hitting the trails to run, bike or go for a walk. It's so close to the Bart for commute and close to grocery shops and great spots for hangout like hops & scotch (I actually sometimes miss it). My only slight hiccup was the water pressure in the shower for the unit I was in, wasn't the best!!"
