"I'm an RN, the pharmacy staff is excellent but I know that support staff have been seriously understaffed this last year. As long as I am consistent in checking on my Rx.with my MD, insurance I know I'm cared for. Jeanne D"

"Refused to take my doctors prescription for a medication I've been taking long term for a chronic health condition I have which without it I would be at serious adverse risks. I was forced to go to the Emergency Room for a prescription, they refused to fill that one, but they filled the previous one, going against their own made up "policy" Then once i was due to pick up the next one they said it would be ready in an hour, only to receive an automated call saying it was "delayed" They did everything in their power to make sure I wouldn't receive medications that my doctor and the emergency room deemed that I needed. Their workers are extremely rude and unprofessional on top of that. Hopefully this location will be shut down with all the pharmacy closures happening."

"You need to train your staff. The new young employee didn't understand how to locate my six-month-old son in the system. The pharmacy either needs to be closed or inspected and investigated."

"Long waits even though being contacting that your prescription is ready. Hard to get someone to answer the phone. Staff has rude tone and isn’t really acceptable. Maybe some training would help? Usually people who are picking up a prescription already feel a little stressed or uneasy so for staff to be rude and not friendly or welcoming isn’t ideal."
