"I made 7 calls, 3 of which took 30 minutes each. On TWO of those 30min call, the line was picked up and then I was immediately put back on hold without a word. Second one I was just hung up on. When i finally reached someone, my inquiry was answered in less than 5 minutes. Isn't it a bit ridiculous that it had to take me 2 hrs of my time to get 5 minute of service from these "professionals"? Btw, this was an issue that the APP couldn't help me with, so i HAD to reach out to these apathetic aholes."
