"Disappointed on the self checkout. It reported error in reading my credit card The assistant came and asked me if I had a phone number with raley. I said I do. I had to provide the phone number to complete the transaction. I don’t think raley should impose such a procedure. It caused additional delay and was very annoying."
"Security falsely accused family member of stealing cheese. Grabbed random recipe out of trash and made a scene. Very rude and unprofessional security. I hope she gets relocated and retrained. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because management was smart enough to reprint the recipe. Get rid of your Self checkouts if you are going to be rude and accuse customers of stealing."
"I was very Impressed with the cleanliness of the store. The displays all look great and there is lots of walking room for social distancing. They had self checkout registers that worked very well. All the staff were very friendly and had a nice appearance."
"Excellent selection of products in the Asian section. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauces. These are 2 of my favorite products. Very nice produce department. There are signs that promote local farms. Great deli and bakery department. Plenty of items to choose from. Plenty of parking and easy to find."
