"Told that my med would be ready at 3pm. Went in the evening and waited 20 minutes in line, 8 people still ahead of me and I left. Went back later and they didn't fill my medication and told me that the pharmacist made a mistake and they will fill it tomorrow."

"The pharmacy has gone downhill in the past 6 months. Inaccurate prescriptions on several occasions, putting back prescriptions after 1 week instead of two, then notifying me to pick up again only to have partial meds. Longer and longer lines with wait times of 30 minutes just to pick up meds. Making an appointment for COVID booster and having Shingles ready to inject, after receiving the series only a few months ago. The disorganization is concerning."

Finding The Force:

"I have gone to this pharmacy many times, and have always had good interactions with a friendly staff. However, after my wife had surgery, the pharmacy refused to refill one of my wife’s prescriptions after the second or third time. This is a huge inconvenience which caused her to change pharmacies. Just a warning for any of those who might be having medical procedures in the future."

"This is a nice store. The interior was upgraded recently so the inside looks new. The employees for the most part are helpful and friendly. The prices are high, but they have digital coupons you can use on the Safeway app, and weekly deals on alot of other items here, so it helps with saving money. They have a problem with theft here at this store at night, and people bring their dogs inside. It's a grocery store, not Petco."
