"Haven't been to the PM in a while. Got the cuban...it was burnt...i manage a restaurant and im very disappointed that instead of making a new one..the employee attempted to scrape off the burnt...which...was an epic fail. Needless to say...they did replace my sandwich and offered a drink or chips. Quality control is so key to customer retention....i gave three stars because the pulled pork was good. Just horrible execution......."
