Optum - Banning 5957 Ramsey

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This time it is for an APPOINTMENT for my daughter with Dr. Cuni's nurse for an injection (nurse visit) and we were waiting in the waiting area over 30 minutes. The registration lady came over to me to apologize and said she called them again to remind them we were still waiting. So, we finally get called in and I asked the nurse if they have a complaint department and she wasn't sure, but can direct me to certain personnel. I told her that since Optum took over Beaver, waiting and other certain things are much longer than before. She said that she has heard that multiple times. She also mentioned to me calling the number on my insurance, which I know that is an option, but I said what good will that do but I guess I will have to try when I get home."

"Office staff is difficult. I have to beg them to have the doctor call me. Then I get the lecture that he is busy and might not be able to. I don't expect him to drop everything to call me but I also don't know why they can't deliver the message to the doctor without the lecture. I have worked for many doctors and we never treated patients like that."

"Due to Covid, they still only allow the patient to come in which is understandable. My partner and I went in twice and we have had really good doctors that show their concern and knowledge. I have had nothing but good experience with this urgent care."

"My husband and I both have Dr. Raana in the Banning Office. We really like her and trust her. She has been our doctor for years now. We like that she listens when we talk to her. Dr. Raana is very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Her staff is also friendly, proffessional, and helpful. Front office receptionist's are nice and helpful. Every Beaver Medical Office we've been to have been proffessional and helpful."

"This clinic has many opportunities for improvement. Their automated phone system is horrible. No one should be subjected to an automated system that does not allow you to get transferred to your party. Once you finally get to your doctors office the phone is hardly ever answered, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back before the end of the week. I'm looking elsewhere for my care!"
