"I rushed my husband to this hospital (who has ESRD) with chest pains and shortness of breath (heart attack/stroke symptoms) only to have him sit there in the ER for over 40 minutes without anyone speaking to him. They didn’t even say 2 words to us.. after almost an hour not even his vitals had been taken. The ER was practically empty too so there is no excuse for the lack of concern they showed for incoming patients needing emergency medical attention. We left and went somewhere else. We will never come back or recommend this hospital EVER! A lawsuit needs to be filed for negligence on their part."
"I mostly love SanG. Today though this one ER doctor I've seen one other time. He was awful both times. Did nothing to help me. Treated me like I was nuts!! I was sent there by my doctor. The nurses were so rude and one of them argued continualy. Why she did this I don't know. They were very young and cold hearted. I asked to go to San G because they are always kind and caring. Not this afternoon. It was hell and nothing was done to help me."
"MY HOSPITAL OF CHOICE! This is my first time visiting SGM Hospital and I'm so ecstatic about the service! I came in with a horrible cough and painful chest congestion from an illness I've been fighting for the last five weeks and they provided excellent care! The triage nurse, security staff and my PA (Estefany) all treated me like a human being and more importantly, like an adult! The majority of the staff love their job and it shows. The staff didn't talk down to me or any other patient, rather they were patient and kind. Other hospitals need to learn from this facility! The hospital maintained a steady flow despite the amount of patients being seen. I'm definitely switching over from my previous hospital to this one, calling my insurance... talk to you later!"
"My experience was top notch. Jessica RN , Art RN, and Star RN and staff were compassionate, professional and courteous. My stay was outpatient surgery. The process from checkin to recovery went as planned. This was my first time having surgery. They made it completely comfortable for me. 5 stars plus..... Thank you!"
