"Dr. Quinones was an okay doctor when I was her patient in 2019. It wasn't until later that she mentioned to me that if I were ever to think about getting pregnant I would need to see a specialist and take birth control, but come to find out nature took its own course. When I did make an appointment to confirm, I was pregnant, and I indeed told her that I thought I would need a specialist. The only thing she said was, "That happens more often than you think." For 22 weeks, she took on as my OBGYN, and rather than referring me or helping find one within my insurance. She told me, on what I didn't know would be my last time seeing her, "Oh okay, I'll see you next week have a good rest of your week." Come to find out she dropped me as her patient, no referrals, nothing, not a word from her nor that office ever again. Until last week, when they called me to see if I still would like her as my doctor. But I've had a brand new doctor since 2020."

"This place is absolutely horrendous. I’ve had several bad experiences with them but today was the breaking straw. I came in to get my first Pap smear done. I was told months ago that it would be a female doctor doing it . I come in today. I wait in the waiting room for about 45 minutes before I ask what is happening, they inform me that they are running behind. They call me back about 10 minutes later to take my vitals and they put me in a different room . I wait in the room for about another 45 minutes before anyone comes to grab me. They take me into the procedure room and inform that a male doctor will be doing my procedure. I told them that I was uncomfortable with a male doing my pap and was told months ago that a female would be doing my pap. The nurse I was talking with was not understanding and was belittling me . I asked if I could wait for the female doctor to do it and she told me that there was no way I could do that and was extremely rude. Basically talking to me like I was a child when I’m not. I asked her if I could reschedule the pap and just get my birth control refilled and once again told me there was no way. I sucked up my emotions and said fine I’ll get the pap done by a male so I can get my birth control filled . I undressed and waiting another 15 Minutes for the doctor to come in. By this time I had a severe panic attack and dressed myself back up. The doctor that came in was very very patient and understand on why I was having a panic attack . It’s always the nurses who have made my experiences here so traumatic. I’ve had a nurse tell me while getting pre ops done that I was going to die if I get the surgery . I will be filing a report against this place ."

"The doctors are very polite and understanding. Always willing to expect patients needs. But sadly I can not say the same for the nurses. I went in to get birth control. The nurse who spoke to me about using birth control was very rude and basically treating me like I was 15 years old. I’m a grown women with a daughter. She was very unprofessional I did not feel comfortable answering any of her questions also she kept asking me about my husband if he had other kids. Which I thought was so random because I’m the patient not him. Several time I went in they have forgotten about me. And one nurse was not patient enough with my daughter and she was screaming at her. I’m changing clinics I had enough."

"After moving back to Banning it was hard for us to find a good prenatal care. A couple people suggested the Banning Family Clinic for prenatal care. However, we were hesitant to go to the clinic. We explored all of our options from Palm Springs to Riverside. After much searching opted to go to the Banning Clinic. Best decision ever! From the first visit Doctor Tulin Sinjar impressed us with the diligence, knowledge and love for her practice. We were impressed and glad such a high caliber Doctor was close to home. I didn’t have the easiest pregnancy, but she fought a long side with me for the success of my pregnancy. During the high and low risk parts of the pregnancy she made us comfortable and at ease answering all of questions along the way with respect, knowledge, and care. Even though our baby arrived early he is healthy and strong and if we would have gone to a different option we feel that might not have been the case. We are glad she practices family medicine and confidently place the health of our newborn in her hands because we know he will have the best care."

"Although the two doctors that I have had appointments with are easy to talk to, professional, and pretty nice, the wait and the receptionist or nurses at the front desk are terrible. Each visit, I have waited over an hour to be seen, no matter what time of day I have gone-- morning and afternoon! They don't even apologize for the wait! The front desk person who takes your information is loud and let's everyone know your business, including SS number, symptoms, and the like. The waiting area is dirty. Why is a doctor's office dirty?! There was also a time where a woman was yelling and cursing because of the wait and the "security guard" took too long to escort the woman out doors. He let her go on and on about having to wait nearly an hour. Although I felt her pain, I didn't know if she was going to fight everyone or what. The staff just looked at her like they had know idea what was going on before they sent her on her way. This place should clean up their mess, become more professional, and realize that they are supposed to be helping people. They make the doctors and techs look bad! My blood pressure is never high until I go to this "doctor's office" and have to deal with their inefficiencies."
