"As a person that works in the medical field when a customer comes in, it's not "Do you have an appointment?" Or what is your questions while I'm standing patiently waiting in line while the other receptionist is texting on her phone and the girl i spoke to gets up like being there is such an inconvenience to life. "Hi, how many I help you?" Goes a long way...then I proceed to tell you what may be going on so you can further assist me. I come to realize people in these establishments have no mannerism or professionalism let alone home training which is merely only common sense."

"I called because got new placement for foster kids. The previous foster took them here before so wanted to keep same dentist. I called to get them an appointment because children have to get a visit within the 90 days of placement. The person over phone told me they were due for visit & booked me. We get there & staff refuse to see them saying they're not due until end of this month & will be $150 each child if looked at now. Me & wife both took time away from work , drove an hour, & kept the kids out of school just for this visit. Very unprofessional & unorganized."

"I had a 2 o'clock appointment for a root canal. I was treated on time and extremely courteous. When finished with that procedure Lori took care of a deep cleaning on the same side of my mouth. I'm scheduled for another root canal and deep cleaning on the other side of my mouth in 5 days."

"I had an appointment that the dentist, on consultation day, had told me it was suppose to be for a deep clean. So I got my papers, and prepared for the following appointment for what I thought was for the deep clean that was to be done. To my surprise, when I arrived and spoke to the receptionist, they informed me that it was for an extraction. They assured me that it was covered by my insurance. So I went ahead and stayed. Might as well get it done, right? When called up, this girl with those fake oversized eyelashes goes over my paperwork and further explains that my extraction is covered, but not for my blood platelets. Didn't even know they needed my blood for an extraction. She tells me that the dentist will not do the extraction without it. Next thing, she wants me to do a payment plan, for which I ask, "How much would it cost?" She answered that it'd be $1,000 dollars. To take my blood btw. She tried talking me into doing the payment plan and kept switching up on me the further we went into the process. Once I hit the credit check, she now says that it's gonna be $1,300, and that if I decide not to go through, then I'd have to pay up front with a hefty down payment. The communication was off. The payment plan was shady. I was misinformed by the staff. It felt like she tried to play me into giving them money for something that was not told to me at consultation. Something just felt off. So I decided not to go through with it. Be very careful with this dental facility. They'll switch up on you and play you. You've been warned."
