"It's OK. Several friends live there. Crowded. Some folks there just don't care about their environment. Some places are very nice. There are too many farel kitties. But that's common in crowded communities. My friend had work tools stolen from his truck."
"I have lived here for almost 30 years and CJ is the best manager we’ve had. She is very helpful and proactive. It’s nice to see a manager walking around and taking care of the mobile home park. She is friendly yet professional. We are very thankful for CJ!!!"

"Lots of drug activity, theft, shady characters in and out at all hours, abandoned gutted mobile homes and empty lots. Outrageously expensive for a mobile home park where you own your home but have to pay extreme amounts for utilities. The rent is continually being raised and is the highest in the area. Do not buy a mobile home in this park you’ll never be able to pay off the loan and keep on top of space rent and utilities ."
