"Overall, my care at this office has been excellent. But beware about getting sick, or in my case, a suffering a possible fracture, when neither of their two medical providers are not in, even during regular office hours. They will not help you. They will not refer you to another healthcare provider. You are stuck with going to urgent care or find another doctor that will see you non-patient. I have a difficult time understanding why Tenet doesn't provide options for in network care."

"The nurse practitioner, Marcia Ellen Tyler-Evans, extremely rushed her time and patient care with my wife. When my wife addressed her injury and concerns, Dr. Tyler-Evans did not pay any attention or listen. We waited for about 45 minutes or more just to get 3 minutes with her, and in those 3 minutes she completely ignored what my wife had to say. We are beyond dissatisfied with her care. My wife fell on her bottom area and her elbow so she wanted to get x-rays for both but the nurse practitioner said only get pictures for her bottom and that her elbow would heal on its own. After she sent my wife to get x-rays, we waited and called back 2 days later and they said they hadn’t received the x-rays but when we called the radiologist place, they said they had already sent the x-rays to the doctor’s office already. We called the doctors office again, and this time they said that she had gone on vacation and that they would call us back, and it has been two weeks and we still haven’t heard back. My wife has been in pain and they didn’t give anything to help the pain. This has been the worst experience we’ve experienced."

"I am not sure if my experience was bad or I just don't know what is normal. I went to the Dr. with a pain in my leg. I left the Dr's office needing an xray. Dr. said I needed an xray. I walked out of the office with no information other than I needed an xray. I never got a call or any clues to what was needed to get and xray. I called back two days later saying that an xray never happened to me was there anything I needed to do. They said that I was to go and get an xray and to call the xray place. I called the place and they made me an appointment. I went in and got and xray. I got a call a couple days later and the woman said the xray was clear. I asked if there were bones seen in the xray. She did not know. She only knew that the xray was clear. I called and made another appointment. I was asked why and I said to ask the Dr. what was meant by clear and if anything can be done for my pain. I have another appointment."
