"Had to have full mouth dentures, they pulled almost all teeth in 1 visit. And partials went in.2 weeks later they needed adjusting with a filler. Still really bad. Very poor fit. Staff is great! quality of dentures poor. I hope my follow up makes a good fit. These are painful and fall out a lot. Even with adhesive. Also had bone grafts which feel bumpy and also painful. Feel like it's done like this on purpose so you pay 10k more for a snap in or 20k more for implants. Bait and upgrade. Well see. Went back for refit and had to pay $800.00 dollars more for a refit which was not done correctly. And this extra charge was not explained to about this additional charge which was a bad practice to not explain everything. Once done it was brought up to upgrade to snap ins or implants. No thanks!"
"So disappointed...went thru the whole procedure..the very reason I started was to get a front tooth to not protrude..when that still didn't happen I was told the tooth was too thick and only having it ground down would work..spent 3000.00 dollars( which was a severe sacrifice ) My teeth are now where I started.... why did they not see the problem with all the photos they took at some point during treatment!! ?? Don't want to have my tooth ground down!!"

"On multiple visits, my son and I waited more than an hour, and on 2 occasions, we waited more than 2 hours, once resulting in our being sent home and the appointment was rebooked! The dentist was rough and curt. The hygienist was rude. THEN we had our dental work evaluated by another dentist who sadly reported that a majority of the very expensive and over priced work had to be removed and redone! Processing legal claims at this time! AVOID AVOID AVOID!"
