"I have been let down time after time by this facility. They tell me they have no appointments for months and schedule me only to cancel my appointment I have been waiting for at the last minute. I am referred for other appointments just for that new department to never schedule me and never answer my calls when I try to schedule myself then cancel my referral because it “timed out”. I am in immense amounts of pain and have received zero help from them. This is not ok! I have been calling non stop trying to be seen and it has been over a year. I am supposed to receive care and am disabled but receive nothing and am left to suffer and no one there cares. This is one of the most poorly run facilities I have ever experienced. It is almost like they WANT us to die and be one of the 22 a day so they don’t have to pretend to care about us any more."

"This location anything you find online expressing hours all says the same thing, 8-430. The lab is closed one day a week, and you can't find anywhere on the web that shows that, nor can you reach anyone by telephone that is aware that is happening. I think they just take one day off, without anyone in upper management being in the loop! MUST BE NICE! I am getting older now and it isn't easy to get down there to do labs! I hope that the rude desk people do not get transferred to the new Latin, they would be better off hiring all new people"

"this review is not from my husband/Vet AM Flores. He has problems expressing himself so I'm the one who makes the calls for an appointment or refills. He is next to me when I make the calls sometimes he has to say it's okay to speak to me and other times they don't even ask. My complaint is the RUDE customer service and almost anyone that I get transferred to has attitude. don't these employees know answering or referring calls to another department is part of their job duties. I've worked in private industry and the school district for forty five years just retired and never would I tolerate such unprofessional behavior. Are the employees who work for the VA Administration are they inexperience, unskilled, unqualified or just plain uneducated!!!!! Again this is my point of view I loathe stupidity and rudeness. "As a veteran I fill the staff Always is able to make my appointments when needed.,with good customer service . Lab work is done professionally ,take your number and 2 members are taking samples. All staff treat me with dignity and respect. I choose this location for my physicals and immunizations. All techs,nurses and doctors have good health care professionalism. I always get reminders for appointments and they are understanding when I need to reschedule due to work schedule. Thank you for what you do for our Veterans"
