The Russian River Resiliency Center, located at 16385 First Street in Guerneville, California, is a health institution dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality, and accessible healthcare services to the communities of western Sonoma County. Our team of healthcare providers, support staff, and volunteers are committed to wellness, compassion, affordability, and excellence of care. Medical and Behavioral Health services are available for all West County Health Centers patients by phone and video. Our various health centers, including the Gravenstein Community Health Center, Occidental Area Health Center, and Sebastopol Community Health & Dental Center, are open for in-person visits by appointment only. Our main phone line is available for patients with questions regarding prescriptions, labs, and general inquiries.

We also offer expanded Medi-Cal coverage for adults over 50 who are undocumented. As a Federal Tort Claims Act deemed facility and a 501 (c)3 non-profit community-based Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services.
