I forget her name, but the optician with long brown hair who helped me order my frames and lenses was so sweet and helpful! She was transparent about what my insurance would offer and how I could get the best deal for my glasses and contacts. The tech who pre-tested me was also very kind and knowledgable. They work fast for being such a popular place!"

"I really love this place, they try to work with you and the doctors and staff are sweet and they listen. I forgot my wallet at home and was worried that I couldn’t go to my visit but this office is so advance they have apple pay! Saved me from rescheduling ! "The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I had to wait a month or so for an appointment. But that's because they're so popular! They make everything easy and with my insurance, new lenses will cost me less and last twice as long as what I bought at Costco. Their equipment is extensive and up to date. Dr. Johnson is professional but also warm and caring. He takes the time to explain the details in a complicated situation like mine. I really appreciate this place. But don't go there because then it will take even longer to get an appointment!!"

"They have a nice selection but unfortunately I've had several issues at this business. I thought going to a pricier place would mean better results, but that was not the case. I ordered one full set of frames with lenses, a set of replacement lenses for existing frames, and polarized lenses for existing frames. It took nearly 5 months to get all of them because every time they would come back in (which took weeks) they would have the wrong coating or not fit. I would have to make an appointment for pickup just to be rushed out and forced to schedule another appointment if I wanted to order another pair. It took reordering my polarized lenses a couple of times and a couple hundred dollars to end with sunglasses I can't wear because they're too heavy."

"Professional, punctual, great service. My toddler broke the nose pads on my glasses and loosened one of the arms, and the tech fixed them up to the point they feel new after the appointment. Will recommend for anyone needing eye care or services!"
