"Do not see Loretta McCurtain. She was unhelpful and showed no desire to listen. In one particular visit instead of immediately addressing my health concerns, she spent the first 10 mins grilling me about my financial situation which she knew nothing about and was wildly inappropriate. From there she went on to say she didnt feel a need to administer any tests as she thought my health complaints were due to my mental state. After I expressed, again, that I didnt feel she was listening to me, she then, after 10 mins of lecturing, only then asked me questions about health related lifestyle choices. She begrudgingly wrote me an order for an xray which she carelessly tossed in my direction and left in silence. I took the xrays and heard nothing back. After over month of waiting I called. I was told that I could look up the results of my xray myself in my online patient files. Which I did, but couldnt understand the jargon used by the radiologist. Clearly this is something a trained medical professional should have explained to me. Instead I went to Google to try to understand and came away w nothing. I moved out of state and am seeing a new doctor who is concerned about the health problems which were never treated or properly addressed by McCurtain. I paid for medical help which was not help which resulted in delay of treatment and diagnosis. It is entirely wrong that this woman is masquerading as a caring concerned health care professional. Better to throw your money at alternative medicine than to see her."

"Veronica Wizes is a wonderful healthcare provider who I have seen for 11 years.She listens, is kind and acts with caution. I adore her! Her staff has always been kind and helpful as well. That said, the new receptionist there has been very difficult to communicate with. She's been very short with me, failed to listen to what I was asking, failed to send my referral to St. Joseph's the first time, then finally sent it, but failed to include my ultrasound and mammogram ( required for them to make the very urgent app't. for the diagnostic mammogram I need) then , when the radiology dep't there requested she send those right away, she sent them to the wrong hospital.The wrong hospital then calls me to make an appt. only to realize THEY got the requested info and NOT the correct hospital. When I called her, for the fourth time in three days, to tell her she had now sent the needed radiology reports to the wrong hospital, she became very defensive, talking over me, not listening to what I was saying so that she could understand what had happened and continuing to insist she hadn't failed at ANY of the things she was asked to do.....even though it was obvious. Now, I NEVER write reviews, but I am very frustrated. It's bad enough to be nervous about possibly having breast cancer, but to have to be disrespected so was just too much. Again, Veronica is great. She is very smart and up to date on medical developments. I completely trust her so yes, see her, but be prepared for the new front desk receptionist. Judy was wonderful. I hope she is okay. Not sure why she isn't there right now."

"I was talking and sherl interrupted me twice, so I said stop interrupting me so u hear me...and understand what I'm saying. .............she said since im being rude, she will stop me from going there ever... I asked why..........she had no answer. And hung up . Some employees are high on prescription pills I strongly believe"
