"Not welcoming, the tech rushed on my fill. It was very sloppy. Visiting the nail salon is supposed to be a place of Zen and peace. It was not relaxing at all. Was not given lotion or a hand massage or offered a drink. Very disappointed because the place looks nice."
"Aysia did a wonderful job on my nails, I had a different lady for my pedicure who was also very sweet and did a wonderful job. I enjoyed my time here and both ladies who did my nails were great and very kind. Always a good experience here!"
"My friends and I went to get gel done last Monday. Our nails started chipping hours after we left. Two of my friends retuned to get them fixed and the people there were rude and wanted to charge a lot of extra money. We had to go to another place to remove our gel and get our manicure done more professionally (yet cheaper)."
"I went in to gel x, never had it before. I had high hopes reading the reviews but I guess I should have listened to the bad reviews and this was not worth $80. The gel polish was very clumpy and I had gel on my fingers around the nail. I'm glad others have good experiences, but this girl bragged that she could do gel x in 30-45 minutes if it was one color and now I see why she can do it that fast. It was very rushed and I am disappointed with how it turned out."
"I had a great first experience here... and will definitely be back. Everyone working was very friendly. One entitled client... not so much. But it was fine...every other client seemed to really enjoy their time there! It's a nice space...they have a wine bar and a alot of available services.... the space was larger than I expected ...some of the seats are a little outdated but it is overall very relaxing. Julie did my pedicure. She was very friendly, kind, conversational, and gave me a great result! Having a reservation is easier...just do it."
