"Terrible customer service. We had a product already chosen, we stood there in the store for 20 minutes so that someone could help us load it into our car, but man, this store is run by 18-19 year olds who have no work ethic. After we found someone, that store member came and called someone else, then disappeared and that was it.... 20 minutes, we had to walk out without buying..."
"We went for the purchase of a treadmill. The website was accurate as to how many were in stock. However, there were no actual tags to bring to the counter for purchase. The clerk was quick to figure it out despite that. Otherwise great experience."
"Very unsatisfying and uncomfortable experience at Madison East location I was put on a reservation list for shoes 10/28 I left work when I could to go pick up my shoes, I arrive a bit before 10:30 which was told my pick up time or come a little before which I was an cashier (mark) response was my shoes were sold an I’m too late after standing in line and someone before me who wasn’t on reserved list gets my shoes. I asked for a manager (Josh) I explained to him what was the problem an if we could resolve it or if I was just out of luck an wasted my time his response was yes! Now I’ve had many of years in customer service I’ve never sent a guess out unsatisfied or told them that we can’t fix the issue an they’re just S.O.L probably won’t be returning to any of the locations after this very inconvenient and unprofessional!"
"Horrible customer service. Place was empty and trying to get an employee to help try on shoes was a task. Three employees sitting on counter doing nothing. Walk that way and they look away and ignore. Find another employee hanging clothes and ask her for assistance. Zero verbal response and calls someone in the radio. The shoe section employee comes over and ask to try on two shoes in a size. Zero verbal response scans shoes and walks off. Brings the shoes over and sets them down. Said thank you and again no response just turns and walks away."
"The general manager was extremely nice and helpful. It had been over the 90 day return policy but we still had our ideas in the original packaging and no receipt since it was a gift. The manager said he would give let us exchange for the total price of our items. Super nice and appreciate it so much!"
