About the Business
South Napa Century Center is a vibrant commercial development located at the corners of Gasser Drive and Imola Avenue in South Napa, California. Spanning over 80,000 square feet, this dynamic center is home to a newly completed 12-screen Cinemark XD theatre with Dolby Atmos sound, a 150-room Hampton Inn hotel, and a 40,000 square foot In-Shape fitness center. Additionally, Forge Pizza, known for their handcrafted pizzas, craft beers, and live music, will be opening in April 2016.
Developed by the Gasser Foundation on approximately 12 acres, South Napa Century Center is set to become a premier destination in the area. The center will also feature a variety of exciting restaurants and uniquely designed retail spaces, making it a hub of entertainment and leisure.
In addition to the commercial development, Gasser North, a project by Fairfield Residential, is working on developing approximately 21 acres of high density housing with around 500 units. This expansion will further enhance the community and provide more living options for residents.
The Gasser Foundation also offers grants for community projects, with applications accepted through letters stating the dollar amount and purpose of the grant. Letters must be submitted by September 1 of each year to be considered for funding.
