"On Feb. 1st, I had my car towed to Rosen Kia since I had an appointment for an oil change the next day & my car wouldn't start. I included a note with the tow guy since I didn't know what was wrong with my car. I got a phone call approximately an hour after my car got there from a gentleman named Tim. He told me there was a free ignition lock update to do on my car to stop my car from being stolen. He also explained they would go over it & see what they could find & get back to me. It turned out to be the alternator. My phone was acting up so I wasn't receiving Tim's calls & we played phone tag all day which resulted in my car having to be there for the weekend. (totally, my fault). Tim was very patient with me which I appreciated. He answered all my questions, kept me up to date with what they had found & even sent me little text videos of things they found to give me a better understanding. I truly appreciate the politeness, kindness & patience of Tim. He was awesome!! Between my late husband & I, this is our 3rd Kia we have purchased from Rosen Kia over the last 25 years! "I had exceptional service from David and his team at Rosen Kia Service Dept. Towing service dropped my vehicle off Sunday night. The very next morning David called to take my information with regard to the car troubles. A technician was assigned to my vehicle immediately and i had a diagnosis that evening. I also received a video of the technicians findings and the concerns that were addressed above and beyond my repair. I was educated on the preventive maintenance approach to prevent car issues in the future. Their text messaging communication was direct and to the point and relieved me from phone juggling to long holds. The experience i had was very professional and comforting to know i had my vehicle in the best care. Thank you again for your help in my time of need.
