"The Asian lady is very rude! She shut the door on my face after I politely asked why I needed to pay for something that my insurance is covering!"

"I paid for a couple tests before seeing the reviews, needless to say I was a little concerned. At 9:30am I made an 11am appt, showed up at 10:45 (they require you to show up 10 min before your appt) and was out of there by 10:55. It went better and faster than I could have hoped for, the nurse was very professional and I was very satisfied with my experience."

"Set up the appointment the day before. Arrived a bit early but was seen right away. Phlebotonist was very polite and expert at her work. I'm writing this review because I took a chance with some of the negative reviews, because of convenience, and was delighted."

"Was skeptical coming to this location at first, due to the bad reviews. However, i didn’t have a bad experience in the least bit. I scheduled my appointment only a few hours in advance, and got right in, when I arrived. Also, the phlebotomist (Yen) was really kind and professional. She was very skilled and was able to draw my blood on the first try, when most others have a hard time drawing my blood."

"Set up an appointment the night before, arrived 30 minutes early, the room was full of people, one lady in wheelchair helped by another person who was dealing with insurance issues. The phlebotomist was overwhelmed by the number of people waiting - she was friendly but couldn't handle questions since she was the ONLY person in service that day. This is a small office located in the back of a pharmacy, with no extra staff to answer phone or handle paperwork. Setting up the appointment ahead ahead and entering your insurance info online was totally useless because the number of people packed in a small space. That was the worst experience I've ever experienced to get a simple blood sample."
