"They first gave me room 114 which had a pre-opened bar of soap and a used towel on the counter, in addition to a hair on the bed with bedding that seemed to be used and rustled (hair on the bottom sheet confirmed it), and a piece of trash in the trashcan. They then gave me room 111 which is what I expected to get, clean, fridge, microwave. Would have been 5 stars if I got room 111 at the beginning."

"Room was full of cockroaches. We came here quite late. Check in was easy. Location is busy (directly in the street) but okay, and they have parking spaces. We went to our room, which looked okay in the beginning. Then we started seeing one cockroach. Though “it’s fine, it’s just one, this can happen”. Then we saw another, then 5 more. And then even more, some under the sink, some on the walls, some on OUR BED?!?! When telling it to the receptionist they weren’t really nice to us. We decided not to stay another minute and left. The hotel didn’t want to give us our money back, now we have to discuss with the service where we did the reservation (the payment was done at the hotel). We are really not happy about our experience and cannot recommend staying here!"

"The female manager was rude and extremely disrespectful. I spoke with her on the phone about getting a room with 2 beds and she said $110 then said $160 when I called back. When I got there and handed her the $160 she gave me attitude and told me count it and said it wasn’t $160 even though it was. There was a cockroach in the bathtub. When I went downstairs to get my money back and leave as she asked us to do when we asked about the 2 beds. She then tried to not give me my money back even though I had only been in the room for 2 minutes. There was duct tape covering the rotting floor as well. Very disappointed! The male was nicer and more welcoming."
