I needed a used truck checked out before purchasing it. He was extremely thorough, treating the vehicle as if it were for his own family. He would have done it for free, but since I am not going to be a regular customer, I insisted that his time and expertise deserved payment, and paid him for his regular one-hour of labor charge (around $60).
