"Kelly works on my car. He has always honored his estimates. I park the car right in front when I drop it off, and use the key drop. Dina's review below is from someone who doesn't live in Viroqua, yet she is listed as a local guide. She seems to review every place she goes, she must have had some car trouble and pulled up to Kelly's and couldn't figure out the parking. Regarding a person waiting 3 weeks for a call back, I'm not sure what's the story there, but some places are more interested in emergency repairs than others, and that's just the way things are. A small shop can't offer 24/7 coverage like some other places could. I book my oil changes and repairs with Kelly and have always been satisfied with the dates offered. If local is meaningful, here's a shop with a local guy doing good work. I could go anywhere with my repairs, and I choose Kelly."
