"In a panic, right about close time (9pm?) on a Saturday, I drove into the lot with a flat tire, crying, in the rain and (probably rudely--it was my fifth hour trying to solve an impossibly difficult flat tire problem) asked the employee working to solve all of my problems...and he did. Despite my being rude, despite my total lack of knowledge or patience. He sold me the right product, taught me how to use, helped me with a back up plan, and gave me safety advice (I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me). I intended to send him flowers or a thank you note but I have since forgotten his name (it's been 2 months). This was one of the worst nights I've had in recent memory and this gentleman really changed things around for me. If I lived anywhere nearby, I'd go only to this store and nowhere else."
