"While I would love to give a better rating for this salon, and they are all so friendly I didn't feel like we got the service we deserved. My granddaughter and I came in for a special event time. We had a scheduled appointment for us to have Pedi for me and hands and pedi for my granddaughter. We specifically chose this salon because of the cute little girl chairs. While my Pedi was ok, I felt like it was really rushed. My granddaughter had hers done and instead of doing her hand nail polish at a specific station they had her hold her hands out and lean forward while her feet were soaking. She was very careful with her hands and we spent a sufficient time drying her nails. We went to get ice cream and she went home within a few hours the whole nail polish on her index finger came completely off. Her mom didn't have any of that color so new nail polish would need to be applied. I called the salon and told them what happened and they said she could come in, but she had gone home. I wish they hadn't rushed with us. I don't think we got the best service. Her mom will have to see if she can repair it on her own."
