"SOS staff has exceeded our expectations once again! We had placed an order early last week, with most of it being put on back order. With the products on back order we were about to run out of de-colorizer, waiting did not seem like an option. Because of this we exchanged multiple calls with customer service representatives. Each call they were so patient and helpful while trying to find a solution. At that, SOS again went above and beyond by hand delivering the supplies we needed!
