"I am very disappointed in this company. I had an appointment set up for Saturday September 2nd at 9:00 AM. I texted him on Friday to see if we could change it to 9:15 AM because I had to go get my daughter from work at 9:00 AM. He said that was fine. I got a text at 9:14 AM saying he was just cleaning up from his first job and he would be to me at around 9:45 AM. I said ok sounds good. I waited and waited and finally at 12:30 PM, I texted him and asked him what was going on. HE NEVER RESPONDED AND NEVER SHOWED UP. I have to now wait another week to take it somewhere else to have the interior cleaned."
