"Great store but today I was rather displeased to lawn staff meetings occur in earshot of customers, nearly blocking self checkout. I really do not want to hear about your updated NPS scores… do you guys not have an office to meet in? Unprofessional."
"I enjoy shopping at Target, most often. I tend to have some off beat moments with the employees or service at Rosemead location. I wish the genuiness and kindness was evident at this location. Instead, the employees and Manager I have crossed paths with seem to no like their jobs and it shows with how they interact with some of the customers who are not community based. Target is a great store and though I shop there when I am stationed in the area for work, I would not be a regular at this location. As much as Walmart is not my favorite store to shop in, if Walmart were near I would shop at Walmart when in the Rosemead area, if it was close. The Target store is pleasant, I wish select staff members were pleasant as well."
"Very bad, I go buy ink and the employee that assist me make me feel like I'm going to steal the ink, I ask to take a look, and see it and he give me a look and didn't even let me hold the product I'm going to buy. he later apology but I feel like this is unacceptable. I understand their are those who steal, but stop treat all customers the same. you guy need to changed the way you run things. I'm not happy with how they treat customer. do better job. trained your staff better. stop assuming all people going to steal. I have moneys, I don't need to steal from you corporate billion dollar company."
"The interaction I’ve had with your employees at this Rosemead location, has always been a pleasant one. All of the employees I’ve encountered at this Target, have always been nice, courteous and professional towards me. Thank you for always making my experience a great one."
