"I usually don’t write a review, but I have to say something after reading Xiong Mi’s comments on both 101 Furniture and 888 Furniture. I am not sure why Xiong Mi wrote exactly the same negative review for both furniture stores, unless this person bought the furniture from both places at the same time. Such behavior is kind of strange and makes me wonder if this person probably has malignant intention. I bought 2 separate bedroom sets from 888 Furniture 2 weeks ago, and my parents bought a sofa and a dining set from the store about 3 months ago. I went to 888 Furniture because my dad said he got a good deal on the dining set and was very happy with their services. I couldn’t agree more regarding their services. One of the delivery persons found a small chip to the corner on one of the night stands. The damage was so small that if he didn’t mention it, I would never have noticed it. He immediately called the owner of the store about the problem and I got a replacement delivered to my house 2 days later by the owner, Mr. Joe, with no extra charge. I was so grateful. The owner went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. I thought it won’t do any justice if I continuing keep silence after reading Xiong Mi’s review, which I highly doubted its authenticity. By the way, I have never shop at 101 Furniture, so I can’t speak for them. Thank you, Mr. Joe. I love my bedroom sets!!"

"If I could, I would give this store zero stars. Customer service: The customer service was very poor and the item did not match what we agree on. When I inquired the item, the man I spoke to clearly stated that the item I was interested in only come in one form. Then later after I took delivery of the item, we found out that there were more configuration of the same item. He just lies to his customers to make a sale. Product: The quality is so poor that I had to buy other items on amazon to make what I purchased from this store more sturdy. Conclusion: Look for other shops in the area. There are so many similar furniture stores on the same street! This place is a scam! This location is the same as 101 furniture of google!!!!"
