"I bought range hood and cooktop from Buymicome, and highly recommend them. Jessie is very professional, patient and honest. Before visiting them, we visited another store with same product, but they didn't tell us enough about the product and promotion details, felt like they wanted to hide some of the benefit or just didn't feel we wanted to purchase so not quite patient or telling us all the details. Jessie introduced the products, including its functionality and cleaning tips, how to get better price and how to get free gifts. You can feel she is really thinking on behalf of the customers. Even though it's Christmas Eve and Christmas, she is very patient answering all my questions such as how to register, how to check warranty details, etc. I also highly recommend the handy man(A-hui and Yuanyuan) who helped us installing the range hood and cook top. It is not an easy job since you need to drill holes on the marble, the handy man is very professional, they told us all the possible charges before installation, explained why or why not we need to install this or that. They measured really carefully and cleaned all the mess after the work. When they tested the range hood, it sounds louder than in the store, they helped us check our vent and explained the reason. They also showed my in-laws how to use the machines step by step patiently making sure they understand it."
