"The WORST experience ever!!! If there is any choice to choose negative rating, I will definitely go with negative. This place is untrustworthy. Their promise is not reliable. I ordered a queen size mattress and they sent to me a full size one! Cheated. Go check out their yelp page and you will find more TRUE perspective about this place. You are welcome. Updates: The seller just exchanged the mattress from full size to queen size after one month of purchasing."

"Updates: Got the correct size mattress on last Friday. I would give a three stars for the quality of the mattress, but not very happy experience. Original Comment: Worst experience ever. After a few weeks of waiting, the owner is still pushing the delivery time with the same reason, she can't get the truck driver to pick up the phone!!! And finally we found another driver by ourselves, and he was willing to deliver it to another City. However, when the mattress came in, and we took half of hour to sanitize it and put it on the bed, WOW! Surprise! We got a FULL size, not a queen size which we paid for. And the owner is refusing to do anything. 0 Star if there is one! The owner has reported the costumer as troll! LOL, I will upload the pictures, it is easy to find who is lying."

"A friend of mine suggested us to get the mattress made with coconut fiber for back pain relief. I was curious and I've been looking everywhere for it. This is by far the only furniture store that we've seen that carries this mattress. We visited 6 stores by SGV in a week. Their supportive mattress core is from Taiwan, while the the surrounding (shell) is assembled in their local US vendor with organic cotton material. The sales manager Anne was willing to explain everything and help us learn more. Pricing is reasonable with free delivery."
