"This company is sketchy. Our bike had a major issue 4 months into owning it and they have not responded to any questions about it for 8 months. They sell bikes that don't have replacement parts from company's that are near bankruptcy (i.e. Reid). I would go to Erik's Bike and Board right down the road."

I am pleased to share that last spring I had my ebikes tuned up there and everything was excellent. Fair, friendly service and got the bikes going better than new. No pressure to buy or purchase a certain model. They want you to be happy with the bike you choose. You can take as many bikes as you want to ride to make sure you like what you are purchasing.
